If they only live for bout 20 years, why do they take the time to do elaborate tattoos?

I don’t think they’re tattoos. Probably more like henna ink or something.

They way these guys live, tattoos would be to likely to get infected. And the way they think, survival is the most important thing to them. I doubt they’d cut themselves open and rub ink in their wounds just for aethietics.

    woooo – new page!
so much detail… i just love this comic!
does it matter if they’re tattoos or not as long as they look cool? :D
and besides, broken sunglasses guy is probably a shaman or something, i bet he can do tattoos, too.

It looks like tattoos… everyone has the tribe mark on them and being in such a high rank the “shaman-broken sunglasses guy” WOULD risk it all just to show his rank and power in the tribe by getting all the tattoos, look at the tribes in Africa…

but he doesnt need the tattoos, thats what his broken sunglasses are for :D

Just found your comic. Just read through the comic. Was expecting a lot more pages, with a release of once-per-week … guess that stopped happening.

Very different comic than I’m use to … but love the ink and story a lot! I hope to see more…

The interaction between the characters seems believable, like real people put in this situation rather then stereotypes in a Hollywood script.
This is refreshing to see. Also the pacing is good as is also the character development revealed in dream and choice of action.

    I hope to see more.
